Responsible SMS Usage — Philippines
ℹ️ Please Note: Bulk SMS Philippines is operated by MobiWeb Sdn Bhd (iSMS), a messaging infrastructure company registered and based in Malaysia. We do not have a registered entity in the Philippines. We do not claim compliance with any Philippine government regulatory body. You, as the sender, are solely responsible for ensuring your SMS campaigns are lawful and respectful of your recipients.
Our Responsibilities as a Provider
We provide the infrastructure to send SMS messages reliably across the Philippines (Globe, Smart, DITO) and 190+ countries worldwide. We do not screen, verify, or filter your contact lists. We do not provide legal compliance advisory services.
Your Responsibilities as the Sender
When using Bulk SMS Philippines, you agree to:
- Only send messages to recipients who have given their consent to receive communications from you.
- Clearly identify yourself as the sender in every message.
- Honour unsubscribe/opt-out requests promptly.
- Not send spam, phishing, fraudulent, or misleading messages.
- Not include malicious links, scam content, or content that violates Philippine laws.
- Comply with your own industry and sector regulations (e.g. BSP, SEC, FDA, DTI guidelines where applicable).

ℹ️ Most messages you send are multi-part (concatenated). Counting is done per segment: 153 chars for ASCII and 63 chars for Unicode per credit.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension:
- Phishing, smishing, or any form of fraud
- Links to malicious websites or malware
- Lottery scams, investment fraud, or pyramid schemes
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Content promoting illegal products or services
- Impersonation of banks, government agencies, or other legitimate entities

✅ Best Practice: Only message recipients who opted in to your communications. Always include your business name as the Sender ID. Provide an opt-out mechanism (e.g. "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). Keep records of consent.
